CB7777 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all references made on the CB7777 platform:

CB7777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. CB7777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

CB7777 does not charge any deposit fees to players. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction are your own responsibility and are not within CB7777's control.

Deposits are credited to your CB7777 real-money balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor. CB7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking outages or mobile network issues affecting digital wallet services.

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount at CB7777 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard withdrawals, though high-value requests may be subject to additional verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and used for at least one prior deposit on your CB7777 account. CB7777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, and all withdrawal amounts are paid in PKR only.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00pm Pakistan Standard Time on any business day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Bank IBFT and card withdrawals typically process within one business day from approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

CB7777 may delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Identity or payment verification has not been completed;
• The account has a pending bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement that overlaps with real-money funds;
• The account is under review for suspicious activity or a security investigation;
• The withdrawal request appears to conflict with the terms of a specific promotion.

CB7777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the individual promotion terms published on the CB7777 platform at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following standard bonus rules apply to all CB7777 bonus offers:

1. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. If the deadline passes with an incomplete wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account.
3. CB7777's welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the total of deposit plus bonus. For example, a deposit of Rs 1,000 with a 150% bonus of Rs 1,500 results in a total bonus value of Rs 2,500 and a total wagering requirement of Rs 75,000 (Rs 2,500 × 30).
4. Live casino game bets contribute at 10% of face value toward the wagering requirement. Slot bets contribute at 100%. Table games (non-live) contribute at 20%. These rates may vary by specific promotion.
5. Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
6. CB7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, though existing claims in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of the original claim.

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Bets placed on CB7777 are final once the game round has commenced and the bet window has closed. CB7777 does not accept cancellation of bets after this point, except in cases of a technical error or manifest error as described below.

All bet amounts and winnings on CB7777 are denominated in PKR. The minimum bet amount varies by game and is displayed on the game interface. Maximum bet limits also apply and are displayed within each game's settings or on the live table interface.

CB7777 reserves the right to void any bet — and remove any associated winnings — in the event of:

• A technical malfunction of the game software or live streaming infrastructure that materially affects the outcome;
• A manifest error in the game odds, paytable or configuration (for example, a paytable that erroneously shows 10,000× instead of 100×);
• Evidence of collusion, game manipulation or any form of cheating.

In the case of disconnection during a live casino game, CB7777's server records take precedence over any client-side outcome displayed on your device. Where a bet was successfully received and the round completed, the server-side result is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the CB7777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, scraper, spider or other tool to access or interact with CB7777's platform or games;
• Deliberately exploiting a software error, misconfiguration or manifest error to obtain winnings that would not have been obtainable under correct game operation;
• Colluding with other players or with CB7777 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Laundering money or using CB7777 for any transaction related to proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or access the CB7777 platform's source code, backend systems or game logic;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or CB7777 staff members via live chat or any other communication channel;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith after receiving legitimate services.

CB7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct;
• A request from the player to close their own account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion facility;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, CB7777 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and associated winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned after investigation, subject to any applicable legal hold obligations.

CB7777 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 72 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 working days of the acknowledgement date. Where resolution cannot be achieved directly, CB7777 commits to good-faith engagement with any relevant dispute resolution process.

The outcome of live casino games and other physical dealing games at CB7777 are final once confirmed by CB7777's server records. No dispute shall be entertained on the basis of a client-side display that differs from the server-side recorded outcome.
